Before - franklin manufacturing, we prospered as a business
providing professional, high quality, on-schedule, fabricated steel
products for near 40 years.
During - franklin manufacturing, we incurred losses in the
millions.
Results - franklin manufacturing met an Arizona Federal Jury
Trial, they reasoned from the facts presented before them during a
week long trial, the undisputed, damaging fraudulent behavior of
franklin. The jury saw fit to handsomely compensate us for the
trouble we suffered.
Now - We are now retired and traveling the world. We also owe
thanks to the legal representation of franklin manufacturing for
what appears to have been very poor counsel which lead fmi to
justice in lieu of resolving the issue when they had a chance to for
a very small percentage of the end result they incurred. When we
requested numerous times, a refund of the purchase, franklin
responded by sending our request to their legal counsel. WHAT A
RESPONSE, not even a a return call!
If the fraudulent practices of Franklin Manufacturing would have
played out, we would not have been able to retire in comfort and be
available to the many steel fabrication facilities that continue to
inquire of our experience, instead we would have spent the next 10
years trying to bail ourselves out from under the enormous debt they
caused. Due to the luxury of living in the USA, we enjoyed the
justice of the Federal Courts and the jury.
