Fabricators and Erectors after learning of our disastrous equipment
purchase ($500k+) of a CNC Plate Fabricator from
FMI - Franklin
Manufacturing located in Russleville, Alabama.
As you will see by following the links, we purchased a CNC Plate Fabricator from (FMI) Franklin Manufacturing in early 2002, by the end of 2003 the machine was disconnected and put into storage to protect us from further financial damage after its COMPLETE FAILURE.
The
machine was never able to produce any reasonable quantity of
parts. There were hundreds and hundreds of hours spent on
service trips as well as hundreds and hundreds of emails
and software patches in their attempt to get it to run long enough
to process even ONE truck load of material. NEVER HAPPENED!
Reveled through a Federal Trial, there never was one of these
machines that preformed as represented.

Testimony
During
the trial when the owner/president of Franklin Manufacturing
(Danny Gist) was on the witness stand he was asked by our attorney
(not exact wording) if he felt he should tell a customer that the
other machines Franklin had installed, were failures. Danny Gist
said "NO."
